Butternut Squash with Sage Soup 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 onion chopped 1 medium butternut squash chopped in cubes 2 Granny Smith apples chopped in cubes ADD ALL TO PAN AND COOK UNTIL SQUAH IS SLIGHTLY TENDER THEN ADD: 1tbsp sugar 1 tsp ground coriander 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 3 cups vegetable broth 1/2 tbsp sage MIX ALL TOGETHER move to pot and boil until all ingredients are tender let cool then put half into the blender to puree then puree other half DONE!
